Ordering & Shipping Policies & Procedures

 

Locally made artwork and handcrafted item orders:

Handcrafted items or artwork are of limited supply and many are one-of-kind and will not necessarily be available at a later date.  Orders placed on the web will be acknowledged via email.   Orders for handcrafted items will be filled in the order in which they are received.  Any items ordered that are no longer available will result in an email with a notice of items no longer available and then a refund will be processed.  If payment was not done online and was done in check form, then a refund check will be processed and mailed.  Packing and shipping costs for handcrafted items and artwork will be listed with the sale price of each item.  Handcrafted items will not be mailed with bulbs, but in separate suitable packaging and shipped independent of any bulb shipments.

 


Bulb Orders:  *Only accepted April 20th through June 30th*

Please order early!  All bulbs are grown here on Maryland’s Eastern Shore in our field.  Bulbs are of limited supply and varieties available change every year. ALL BULBS ARE OFFERED SUBJECT TO CROP.  Orders placed on the web will be acknowledged via email.   Orders for bulbs and other items will be filled in the order in which they are received.  Any items ordered that are no longer available will result in an email sent with a notice of items no longer available and then a refund will be processed.  If payment was in check form, then refund will be made in the form of a mailed check or included in any additional bulb order.  Refunds are made at shipment time (beginning the end of September) since only top quality bulbs are shipped, should any subpar bulbs be found in preparing orders, they will also be refunded.

Bulb Packing and Shipping will include planting instructions and cushioning material with the bulbs in cardboard boxes and will be sent via US Postal Service Mail to any part of the contiguous USA starting in the end of September.  Bulbs will be shipped at the fall planting time for the shipping address.  Buyers may request an earlier shipping time if necessary for their growing area.

 

-Shipping and insurance costs for all bulbs:

-Orders up to $50.00 will ship for a flat fee of $9.95

-Orders from $50.00 - $100.00 will ship for a flat fee of $12.95

-Orders from $100.00 -$150 will ship for a flat fee of $15.95

 

-Orders from $150.00 -$200 will ship for a flat fee of $19.95
